Once your cruise docks the Tien Sa Port or Chan May Port. Your tour guide and transportation should be arranged to pick you up directly from the port, don’t need to walk to the main gate. We will drive along the beach for about 30 - 45 minutes to reach Hoi An, then we join a cooking class with Red Bridge. It offers a unique and immersive experience for those interested in learning Vietnamese cooking. Starts with a warm welcome from the staff at Red Bridge. You'll likely be introduced to the instructors and given an overview of the day's activities. This part of the tour is often designed to introduce you to the key ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. You might learn about various herbs, spices, and other essential elements of Vietnamese cooking. We start a cooking class with boating trip on the Thu Bon River and buy the ingredient at local market. This can be a picturesque journey to the cooking school and is often a highlight of the experience. Once at the cooking school, you'll have hands-on experience preparing several Vietnamese dishes. The instructors are typically skilled and knowledgeable, guiding you through each step of the cooking process. After you've prepared the dishes, it's time to enjoy the fruits of your labor. You'll typically sit down to a meal with the other participants and share your culinary creations. You might also receive a certificate of completion as a memento of your cooking class.
Say goodbye cooking class, we are back to Hoi An ancient town for short visit and shopping. If time is permitted, we are sipping coffee at the charming cafe, enjoying the distant view, beneath the ancient tiled roof adorned with the hues of time, capturing the essence of the ancient town of Hoi An.
Returning the port on time.
