The whole country in twelve days: Hanoi and Ha Long Bay in the north, Hue and Hoi An in the centre, Saigon in the south, with two internal flights and games with local players along the way. This is a sample plan and we can change it for your group.

Day 1: Arrive in Hanoi
Airport pickup (about 45 minutes) and a short walk with your guide in the evening.
Day 2: Hanoi and first game
Old Quarter, Train Street and Hoan Kiem Lake, with a street-food walk. Pickleball with local club players in the afternoon.
Day 3: Ha Long Bay cruise
Transfer to the coast for an overnight cruise: kayaking, a cave stop and sunset on deck.
Day 4: Fly to Hue
Short flight from Hanoi to Hue. An evening walk along the Perfume River and a welcome dinner.
Day 5: Imperial City, royal tomb, pickleball
Morning in the Imperial City (Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace). After lunch, the Khai Dinh Tomb. Pickleball in the afternoon.
Day 6: Dragon boat and Hai Van Pass
A dragon boat on the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda, then a jeep over the Hai Van Pass to Hoi An.
Day 7: Basket boats and a cooking class
Cycle to the Bay Mau coconut forest for a basket boat ride, then a cooking class. Free afternoon.
Day 8: Free day in Hoi An
Old town, tailor, pool or beach. Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge as an optional extra.
Day 9: Fly to Saigon
Flight to Ho Chi Minh City, an evening walk downtown and the city from a rooftop bar.
Day 10: Saigon and a game
A walk through downtown and Ben Thanh Market, time to rest, and pickleball in the afternoon.
Day 11: Cu Chi Tunnels
Day trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels with your guide, back to Saigon in the afternoon.
Day 12: Departure
One last game if you like, a last banh mi, then transfer to the airport.
Every trip is private: just you and the people you book with, on the dates you choose. A 30% deposit holds your dates and the rest is paid when you arrive in Vietnam. Cancellation is free, with the full deposit back, up to 45 days before you travel. Hotels depend on your dates and budget, and you see them before you pay anything.
