Detailed itinerary:
Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (Dinner)
Arrive in Hanoi International airport at 18h30.
Welcome up on arrival by local tour guide and driver then we transfer to hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Today we will venture out to explore Hanoi. First up we will drive to the Ho Chi Minh complex where we will spend time at Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum, his former stilt-house, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh Museum and One Pillar Pagoda. Followings we visit the Temple of Literature, which originally built as a temple to Confucius.
After lunch, we visit the Museum of Ethnology, which is widely acknowledged as the best in the country and has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam's 54 Ethnic minority peoples and the infamous Hoa Lo Prison Museum. Hoa Lo is also known as the ‘’Hanoi Hilton’’ and was where former US presidential candidate John McCain was incarcerated for over 5 years.
Later this afternoon, we enjoy 1-hour cyclo tour of the French inspired "old quarter". We will be free for shopping in the old quarter ranges from markets through to designer boutique stores to amazing contemporary art galleries. After dinner, we sit down to enjoy a performance of the city’s famous Water Puppets.

Remarks:
• Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is not opened on every Monday & Friday.
• Museum of Ethnology is closed on every Monday.
• The Museum can be moved to your favourite museum in Hanoi.

• St. Joseph’s Cathedral – European neo-Gothic (plenty of up-market shops and restaurants nearby)
Day 3: Hanoi - Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu temple & Trang An) (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Pick up at hotel after breakfast, we will be driven to Ninh Binh. On arrival, we will visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital dated back from 10th and 11th centuries. The area is one of rice fields broken by picturesque limestone mountains. It features several dozen monuments, including King Dinh and King Le Temple & Tombs….We then stop at a local restaurant for lunch.

After visiting the pagoda, we will transfer to a local restaurant for lunch. In the afternoon, we will take a pleasant boat rowing in Hoang Long River to visit Trang An Eco-Tourism complex. The complex is surrounded by picturesque landscape with thousands of hectares with more than 100 caves which can be explored by boat. It is also a home of 600 kinds of flora and over 200 kinds of fauna that many of them in the Red book of Vietnam. It is also a gathering of 31 valleys, 48 cross-water caves and we will visit 3 to 6 of them. On the rowing boat, we can enjoy the fresh air, clean and clear water with under water grass. Experience ourselves the feeling and emotion when we are on the water caves…. In the afternoon, at around 4 PM, we will be driven back to Hanoi for overnight accommodation.

Day 4: Hanoi - Halong, overnight on cruise (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

You will arrive at Light and Dark Cave – one of the best attractions on Lan Ha Bay which is best known for its pristine and tranquil beatuty. Exploring the area by local boat or kayaking. After that, you can swim in the green emerald and cool water around the cruise.
Return to the cruise and enjoy the Bay sunset while enjoying the "Happy Hour" special. You may also join our chef in the kitchen to learn how to make traditional spring rolls.
If the weather permits, enjoy dinner on the sundeck or in La Corona Restaurant, which is on the second floor. You will have the chance to savor meals produced from premium, fresh ingredients in a distinctive fusion style that fuses the essence of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with the innovative influences of modern cuisine.
After dinner, it’s your choice for a fun squid fishing, spa (charge fees) or relaxing

Day 5: Halong - Hanoi - Fly to Hue (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Greet the new day on the sundeck with a tachi session. Enjoy the fresh air on the bay while you unwind with a cup of tea or coffee.
Enjoy a quick breakfast on board and get your day going with plenty of energy.
You will join the tour of Cat Ba Wolrd Biosphere. It will take you around 30 minutes to transfer from Gia Luan to Trung Trang – one of the most imperrsive caves in Cat Ba Island, Vietnam.
Lunch is served in the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.
Disembark from the cruise as our crew sa farewell, back to Tuan Chau Marina by our tender. Transfer directly to Noi Bai airport for a flight to Hue.

Day 6: Hue - Imperial Citadel & Royal Tomb (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Pick up at hotel at 8:30 AM, we will board the Dragon Boat on the romantic Perfume River heading out for the countryside. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with ancient tombs of emperors past, and a visit to the most beautiful tombs will be on the itinerary for today. The charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) will be the first stop of the day. We will enjoy a great view on the Perfume River and surrounding area. Thien Mu Pagoda is considered the symbol of Hue, and of Buddhism in Vietnam. From here, we rejoin our van and go visit King Khai Dinh's Tomb and King Tu Duc's Tomb.
In the afternoon, we visit the Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945, after exploring the ruins of this wonderful monument. We will then depart to the Hue Royal Fine Art Museum, which is housed within the former Dien Long An Royal Palace. We will finish our day with the local Dong Ba Market to see the daily life of local people. Overnight in Hue.

Day 7: Hue - Drive to Hoi An via Danang (Breakfast)
After breakfast at the hotel, we travel by vehicle to Danang along scenic highway 1A. Along the way, we will stop to contemplate the stunning views North, to Lang Co Beach and South to Danang city.

Day 8: Hoi An – Cooking class & Leisure time (Breakfast, Lunch)
Have breakfast at hotel.
Today, our local guide will pick up & walk to Hai Café for cooking class.
We start the day (8am) with a welcome drink at Hai Café (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hoi An Ancient Town, Tel: 3863210) – our meeting point.
Travel by minivan (10 mins) to Tra Que Organic Village, and walk through the market gardens where local farmers work their fields using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago – no electrical machinery here. We pick fresh saw-tooth coriander and Vietnamese mint for our cooking lesson later, before trying a special herbal drink at a local home.
To the local village market and with shopping list in hand we purchase a range of local ingredients, including star anise, cardamom, sesame rice paper, water spinach and banana flower.

Arriving at Red Bridge Cooking School we have a chance to freshen up before beginning our class. Working together with our Red Bridge Chef we learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food from scratch. Using the freshest ingredients and traditional Vietnamese utensils (still in use today) we cook 4 famous dishes, including the national dish ‘Pho’.
After the class we sit down and a chance to savour the dishes we have prepared.
Leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River back to central Hoi An.
Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy free use of our 20 metre swimming pool.

Day 9: Hoi An - Bamboo Boat & Ancient town (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Have breakfast at hotel. In the morning, we have bamboo boat tour.
Enjoy the beauty of Bay Mau Coconut Forest.
Go through Bay Mau Coconut Forest.
Watch basket boat performance spin arround.
See how traditionally throwing fishing net.
Enjoy catching crabs
Sing on the river
Have lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we travel to Hoi An downtown for city tour.
We will start our walking tour around the ancient town to visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, the Pottery Museum, Tan Ky old house, the Cantonese congregation, the silk street of Hoi An, the temples and pagodas of Chinese appearance. Have dinner at local restaurant.
After dinner, we move to Hoai River and take a boat ride for lantering leavings. Then, we are back to our hotel for overnight.
Day 10: Hoi An Leisure (Breakfast)
The day will be free for shopping, strolling in the town, lazing on the beach, or whatever takes your fancy. We’ll spend the night in Hoi An.
Day 11: Hoi An - Fly to Ho Chi Minh city (Breakfast)
After breakfast, we will be free until your driver arrives to take you to airport for your departure morning flight to Ho Chi Minh city.
Day 12: Ho Chi Minh city - Leisure Time (The first day of Tet Holiday) (Breakfast)
Have breakfast at hotel. Today is the most important of Tet Holiday, we suggest you have a leisure day in Ho Chi Minh city and enjoy the festive atmosphere by your own way.
Day 13: Ho Chi Minh city - City Tour (Breakfast, Lunch)
Today we will explore Ho Chi Minh city with all must see sightseeing. We visit the Reunification Palace, the former Presidential Palace for the president of the South of Vietnam. After that we will visit War Remnant Museum, where we can see countless artifacts, photographs and pictures documenting about the second Indochina war. We also stop at Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post office to get good shots for our memory of the big, modern city of Vietnam.
The last but not at least, we will visit Ben Thanh market
Overnight at hotel in Ho Chi Minh city.
Day 14: Ho Chi Minh city - Cao Dai Temple & Cu Chi tunnel (Breakfast, Lunch)
This morning we take a drive to Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh, home to the unique Cao Dai sect to observe the midday service. The religion is a hybrid of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and Christianity. Following lunch we will drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels, the network included innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers and kitchens. Later of the day, we return to HCMC at approximately 6 p.m
Day 15: Ho Chi Minh city - Mekong delta (My Tho & Ben Tre) (Breakfast, Lunch)
Have breakfast at hotel. Today we explore to Mekong delta.
Cruising on the Mekong river for a sight-seeing of the four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, Phoenix and Rạch Miễu bridge.

Heading toThới Sơn (Uniorn island, the biggest island in this area which is about 1.200 square hectare and about 11 km long) to see bee hives and enjoy honey tea at local people’s house.
